 Avoid consuming stimulants like nicotine or coffee after midnight, especially if you have insomnia.  Do not consume alcohol at all.  Alcohol and coffee cannot relieve your stress, so avoid these things.

 Take care of room temperature.

 Your bed should be comfortable to sleep, especially your pillow and bedding should be soft, on which you can sleep comfortably. Also, keep the room temperature between 60 and 67 degrees. This temperature is best for the body. If you want your mind to feel very light then you should not watch television in the bedroom.
